Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Boat Assembly Specialist with skilled trades experience! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining high-quality boats, utilizing your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will ensure each vessel meets our rigorous standards for safety, performance, and craftsmanship. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the creation of exceptional marine products. Duties Assemble boat components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to ensure precise construction. Perform electrical work, both AC and DC; plumbing; marine steering hydraulic systems and sound systems. Assist with boat transport equipment and perform heavy lifting safely during assembly. Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and production timelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in service technician roles or skilled trades such as mechanical, electrical, or fabrication work. Plus if you have electrical experience and working with power tools. Mechanical knowledge related to marine equipment highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
