We provide weekly and biweekly boat washing and detailing services to boat owners at marinas and private slips across Southwest Michigan and Northwest Indiana. We're growing fast and looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team this season. What You'll Be Doing Washing and cleaning the exterior of boats at marinas and private slips Wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, and maintaining the appearance of vessels Following our service checklist and quality standards on every job Representing Bubbly Boat professionally with clients at the marina What We're Looking For Reliable and on time. This is non-negotiable. Detail oriented and takes pride in their work Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Physically able to work on and around boats Valid driver's license No experience necessary. We train you. What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay starting at $16 to $18 per hour depending on experience Paid training provided Flexible scheduling Outdoor work environment on the water Opportunity to grow into higher paying detailing and buffing roles Details Season runs May through September Most weekly washes occur on Thursday and Friday every week Work is based in New Buffalo, MI and Michigan City, IN Hours vary weekly based on client schedule
