Join a crew that values craftsmanship, reliability, and pride in every project. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair inboard, outboard, and diesel marine engines. Perform routine maintenance, including tune-ups, fluid checks, and preventative service. Work on propulsion, electrical, steering, and navigational systems. Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations. Ensure every vessel leaving the shop is safe, efficient, and water-ready. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Marine Mechanic, Marine Technician, or similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Familiarity with marine systems, electrical components, and diagnostic tools. Ability to handle physical work and adapt to indoor/outdoor conditions. Formal training or certification in marine service is a plus, but not required for skilled candidates.
