• 4:30 PM Additional hours available during peak boating season What You'll Do Diagnose and repair marine engines, boat systems, and marine equipment Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs Complete winterization, de-winterization, commissioning, and seasonal service work Service outboard, inboard, and sterndrive engines Install and repair marine electrical systems, electronics, wiring, and accessories Utilize manufacturer diagnostic software and dealership management systems Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to exceed customer expectations Safely move boats, trailers, and equipment when necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Qualifications Previous experience as a Marine Technician, Marine Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Diesel Technician, Powersports Technician, RV Technician, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, or similar mechanical role Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license required Preferred Experience Marine technician or boat mechanic experience Experience with outboard, inboard, and sterndrive engines Electrical diagnostics, wiring, and marine electronics experience Experience with Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Volvo Penta, or other marine power systems Manufacturer certifications Experience using Lightspeed EVO or dealership management systems No Marine Experience?
