Job Description

Marine Technician Supreme Marine Job Overview Job Requirement:
Supreme Marine is a growing organization and is hiring for multiple positions in our Minneapolis location. The positions to be filled require a range of experience for the right individuals. This range is from beginning level to the experienced certified with specific required certifications. The right individual must understand merit-based employment and have strong morals and the willingness to perform daily, meeting the requirements of the organization. Training will be a continued requirement for all technical positions, this will include online schooling and classroom.
Job Summary:
This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and passion for quality work performed, and a passion for the marine industry. Duties will include, not limited to the following:
  • Show up for work at the location on time as required.
  • Take direction and responsibility and perform to meet the obligations as required.
  • Work as a team member and support a positive work environment.
  • Complete online schooling and classroom as requested, then apply it daily in job performance.
  • Job duties as directed will be based on experience, and may include the following: Perform diagnostics on motors, engines, electrical, water systems, generators, trailers and other marine products.
Perform repairs as requested to meet the desired outcome of our customers. Pressure washing, and detail cleaning. Water testing of customers' owned products. Read and understand technical repair manuals Provide exceptional customer service. Proficient with use of calipers, ohmmeters, hand tools, power tools, and marine diagnostic equipment. Walk the shop, docks, and stand on ladders with no limitations or concerns. Perform other duties as requested.

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to work history, certifications, full-time and part-time employment.
