Winters Recreation is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Field Service Technician to support our growing golf cart service operations across Minnesota. This mobile, field-based role focuses on delivering on-site service, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs at customer locations including residential properties, campgrounds, resorts, golf courses, and commercial facilities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, hands-on mechanical work, troubleshooting, and variety in their daily schedule. As a Field Service Technician, you will work on a variety of gas and electric golf carts and utility vehicles including Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, and other leading brands. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing repairs, performing preventative maintenance, handling battery maintenance and replacement, installing accessories, and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance. Experience in golf cart repair, small engine repair, automotive service, powersports, heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, or electrical diagnostics is highly valued. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and creating a positive customer experience. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are essential, as technicians manage service routes, communicate repair recommendations, and build long-term customer relationships through professionalism and reliability.
