Job Description
Rigging entails custom-fitting specialized marine hardware and electronics into various boats, enabling the end product to be marine compliant, functional, and stylish in its application. Tech will work with the team to work from bare hull to completed running hull, installing interior, lighting, navigation electronics, engines and related hardware, full electrical and plumbing, as well as windshield and cleats. There are opportunities to learn to use new equipment, as we have a full machine shop with many tools to allow us to do many skilled tasks within our own organization. This is a full-time position with benefits. Job Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on marine vessels. Perform light fabrication tasks as needed. Assemble and integrate various marine systems. Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Job Requirements Basic knowledge of electrical systems and rigging. Experience in marine environments (preferred but not essential). Proficiency in using basic tools required for the job. Ability to perform light fabrication tasks. Familiarity with marine systems assembly is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
