Job Description
Small Engine Repair Mechanic - Dickey Bub Farm & Home Dickey Bub Farm & Home is a locally owned and operated farm and home retail chain with five Missouri locations. We're looking for an experienced Small Engine Repair Mechanic to join our team and keep our customers' equipment running all season long. What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair gas and diesel-powered outdoor power equipment including zero-turn mowers, riding and push mowers, chainsaws, tillers, and weed eaters Process warranty repairs and reimbursements directly with manufacturers Sharpen blades, chains, and perform chainsaw chain fabrication Educate customers on maintenance to support repeat business Assist with equipment assembly and additional tasks as assigned by manager What We're Looking For 2-3 years of small engine repair experience in a retail or shop setting Organized self-starter who manages workload independently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with Stihl, Kawasaki, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Cub Cadet, Bad Boy, or Gravely is a plus Our Benefits Competitive Pay Weekly Pay Employee Discount Health Insurance Dental and Vision options 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% match Earned Vacation/PTO Promote-from-within culture Pre-employment drug testing and physical required.
