In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of small engines and equipment, ensuring optimal performance for our valued customers. Your expertise will help keep lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, generators, and machinery running smoothly, delivering exceptional service and support. Duties Diagnose issues and perform repairs on small engines including lawn mowers, UTVs, skid-steers, generators, and other outdoor power equipment Conduct comprehensive repairs on diesel engines, generators, and heavy-duty equipment using schematics and technical manuals Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to complete repairs accurately and efficiently Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, blade sharpening, and part replacements to ensure equipment longevity Troubleshoot electrical systems within engines and equipment, applying electrical experience to resolve complex issues Read and interpret schematics to identify faults and implement repair solutions effectively Assist customers with technical questions or concerns related to equipment operation or maintenance needs Skills Service technician expertise in small engine repair, minimum 2 years experience encouraged Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in small engines Familiarity with schematics and electrical systems Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance recommendations Skilled in maintenance procedures, and the use of various hand tools and power tools Knowledge of sales processes related to recommending parts or services that meet customer needs This role is ideal for motivated technicians eager to expand their skills in a supportive environment that values quality workmanship.

Pay:
