Full-Time or Part-Time Hourly Job Summary Boat Lift U.S. is seeking a dependable Boat Lift Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Wilmington, NC. Job consists of assembling high-quality aluminum and stainless-steel boat lifts using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities Assemble Components:
Piece together aluminum structures, top beams, cradles, and drive systems.
Use Tools:
Operate pneumatic tools, impact wrenches, drills, and band saws safely.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with company standards.
Material Handling:
Move heavy materials and organize inventory within the shop.
Maintain Safety:
Keep a clean workstation and follow all OSHA safety guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills Experience:
One year of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with basic hand tools and power tools is required.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Detail-Oriented:
Ability to catch errors and maintain high precision.
