Service Coordinator

Tides End Marina We are a 30 slip Marina looking for a Service Coordinator at Tides End Marina. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Forked River, NJ. The Marine Service Coordinator will handle daily operations of the service department, schedule service staff, coordinate parts and repairs, and ensure excellent customer service and communication. Key responsibilities include overseeing diagnosing and repairing marine engines and systems, managing inventory, and maintaining service records. Additional duties include troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and liaising with customers to understand and meet their needs. Qualifications Marine mechanical skills, including diagnosing and repairing marine engines and systems Leadership and team management experience Lightspeed Software - Job requirement 5+ years Minimum Strong organizational and inventory management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Experience in scheduling and coordinating service activities Ability to work independently and in a team Relevant certifications or training in marine mechanics and service management Project management skills Bonus• Mercury certifications or any alike

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
