ATV, UTV, 2

stroke,4stroke, and equipment engines. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair small engines, including but not limited to generators, lawn equipment, and propane engines. Perform routine maintenance on engines and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues and mechanical problems effectively. Conduct repairs using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols. Assist customers by providing exceptional service and clear communication regarding repairs and maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency in the repair process. Skills Proven dealership or service technician experience is preferred. Strong understanding of 2stroke and 4srtoke engine repair, and equipment repair. Proficient in reading schematics for electrical troubleshooting. Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with engine maintenance practices and procedures. Experience with generator repair is a plus. Electrical experience is essential for diagnosing complex issues. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs. Basic welding skills are advantageous for certain repair tasks. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding their needs. Sales experience is beneficial for promoting services to customers.
