Experienced Motorcycle Technician

We're currently looking for an Experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our team at our store in downtown Las Vegas, NV.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our team. This role is tailored for a professional with a deep understanding of motorcycle systems who excels in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of motorcycle brands and models. The ideal candidate is passionate about motorcycles, possesses advanced technical skills, and is dedicated to delivering top-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities And Duties Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

• Perform thorough diagnostics on motorcycle engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and other components to identify and resolve issues. Utilize diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint malfunctions and implement effective repair solutions. Maintenance & Repair
• Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire replacements, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Execute comprehensive repairs on motorcycle systems, including engine rebuilds, electrical repairs, and suspension tuning, following manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. Customization & Upgrades
• Install aftermarket parts and accessories, and perform performance upgrades while maintaining reliability of the motorcycle.

Provide expert advice on modifications and improvements for customization projects.

Collaborate with team members to optimize service processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Understand customer needs, provide expert advice, and explain technical details in an accessible manner. Positive Attitude

Experience/ Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience specifically in motorcycle maintenance and repair. Proven experience as a motorcycle technician or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful repair and maintenance of various motorcycle models. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients. Proficiency in parts lookup via catalogs, microfiche viewer, and internet sources for replacement part numbers. A self-starter who is committed to delivering top-quality service The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to balance and push a 500+ pound motorcycle.
