Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our fleet operational and our operations running smoothly. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of tractors and machinery to identify mechanical issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine work, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and fluid replacements Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic devices to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used Follow safety protocols diligently during all repair procedures to prevent accidents or injuries Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire repair, and filter replacements Collaborate with team members to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in tractor repair or equipment maintenance Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic devices Experience performing tractor maintenance tasks such as fluid changes, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair instructions clearly Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment where safety is a priority is preferred Certification or training in mechanical repair is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in tractor maintenance! Pay:
$20.00 - $31.02 per hour
