In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Harley-Davidson motorcycles with precision and enthusiasm. Your skills will ensure our riders leave with confidence, knowing their bikes are in expert hands. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive and motorcycle-specific tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues. Conduct repairs including engine work, brake replacement, suspension adjustments, welding, soldering, and assembly of motorcycle components. Maintain motorcycles by performing routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, and fluid checks. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs efficiently and accurately. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing maintenance recommendations, and ensuring a positive service experience. Complete detailed service reports, repair documentation, and quality control checks to uphold Harley-Davidson standards. Support the team with heavy lifting tasks and ensure all safety protocols are followed during repairs and inspections. Requirements Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and motorcycle repair. Mechanical knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles or similar brands is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance, brake repair, suspension work, welding, soldering, and assembly processes. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive diagnostic systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Prior mechanic experience in automotive or motorcycle repair shops is desirable. Knowledge of automotive electronics and troubleshooting electrical issues is a plus.
