Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Motorcycle Technician and ignite your passion for two-wheeled machines! In this energetic role, you will be the expert responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of motorcycles to ensure peak performance and safety. Your mechanical prowess and enthusiasm will drive customer satisfaction and keep riders confidently on the road. Whether you're fine-tuning suspension systems or performing brake repairs, your skills will make a tangible difference every day. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on motorcycles using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, and vehicle inspections to keep bikes in top condition. Repair and replace mechanical components including brakes, suspensions, engines, and electrical systems with precision. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to assemble, disassemble, and modify motorcycle parts. Assist customers by explaining repair needs clearly, providing excellent customer service, and offering maintenance advice. Conduct heavy lifting of motorcycle parts and assemblies safely to facilitate repairs and maintenance tasks. Document all repairs, inspections, and services thoroughly to maintain accurate records for each vehicle. Skills Proven dealership experience or service technician background in automotive or motorcycle repair environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and suspension systems. Experience in vehicle maintenance procedures such as brake repair, assembly/disassembly of parts, and general automotive repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs. Knowledge of sales principles related to recommending maintenance services or accessories when appropriate.
