About Us:
PJ's Small Engine Repair is a family-owned and rapidly growing business . Opened in March 2025, we are a BAD BOY, Grasshopper and Briggs & Stratton & KAWASAKI dealer , serving the Grove, OK area. We specialize in riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and other lawncare equipment, and have recently expanded into Side x Sides and ATVs . We're looking for a skilled, motivated technician to join our team and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair small engines and outdoor power equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment in top condition. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Maintain accurate repair records and submit completed work orders. Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repairs and service needs. Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized . Collaborate with team members to improve service processes. Stay current with new repair techniques .
Qualifications:
STRONG experience in small engine repair. Must supply previous employment history and verifiable experience. Strong knowledge of gas 2 & 4 cycle and diesel engines (lawn mower) . Electrical troubleshooting experience required. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to lift heavy equipment when needed. Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude . Must provide own basic tools (specialty tools provided). Valid driver's license required.
