Overview Join our dynamic team as a Marine & Powersports Technician, where your passion for watercraft and off-road vehicles meets expert craftsmanship! In this energized role, you will be the go-to professional for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of marine engines, personal watercraft, and UTVs. Your expertise will ensure every vehicle performs at its peak, delivering thrilling experiences and reliable performance to our valued customers. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on marine and powersports vehicles using specialized automotive and mechanical tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal operation. Assemble and disassemble components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to repair or upgrade equipment. Repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering components, and perform heavy lifting tasks safely to restore vehicles to factory standards. Collaborate with customers by explaining repairs needed, providing estimates, and ensuring their questions are answered clearly to enhance customer service experience. Maintain detailed service records of repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle serviced. Assist with inventory management by ordering parts and ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained and organized. Experience Proven dealership experience or service technician background specializing in marine or powersports vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair processes. Familiarity with automotive repair techniques including brake repair, suspension work, welding, soldering, and assembly procedures. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and automotive diagnostic software. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Prior mechanic experience working with engine systems, electrical components, and vehicle maintenance tasks. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards. Embark on a career where your technical skills drive excitement! Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
