Under general supervision you would be servicing pressure washers & various cleaning equipment. You should be able to troubleshoot and diagnose small engines, pressure washer pumps, and different cleaning equipment. Candidate should have at least two years related experience. Salary is negotiable depending upon experience. Will train person with right attitude. Full-time position with benefits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Understands and performs this job within the scope of the company policy by following specified processes, procedures and work instructions when performing assigned tasks and acting on quality problems by utilizing the corrective & preventive action process. Performs and solves troubleshooting and diagnostics of small engines, pressure washers and water cleaning equipment by telephone and on service calls. Overhauls, modifies, installs and inspects equipment. Punches in and out of jobs as they are assigned and completed Completes description of work performed on each service ticket prior to turning it in to the service manager Works closely with the parts department to ensure that all parts are billed to the proper service ticket. Repairs customer machines. May perform service calls to customer's place of business. Participates in inventory. All other jobs and duties as requested by management or their representative.
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least two year's related experience in a service shop on pressure washing equipment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of sufficient computer skills required to locate and price parts. Must have a current driver's license and good driving record and be insurable. Must have analytical skills to read parts diagrams. Works as a team player to bring about customer satisfaction.
