Job:

We're a small, family-owned fishing boat manufacturer looking for an experienced Fiberglass Tech. This is hands-on shop work — not entry-level. You'll be working on building and repairing fiberglass boats and boat components from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

Fiberglass layup (mat, cloth, resin, gelcoat) Grinding, sanding, and finishing fiberglass surfaces Repair work (cosmetic and structural) Mold prep and part release Trimming and fitting parts Fixing defects and rework as needed Keeping your area clean and safe

What We're Looking For:

Experience with fiberglass work (preferred) You know your way around resin, gelcoat, and layup techniques Comfortable using grinders, sanders, and hand tools Good attention to detail — clean work matters here Shows up every day and works hard Can work independently without being babysat
