Job Description

Job Overview The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about cars, customer service, and maintaining a cleWe are seeking an honest, motivated and energetic person to join our Sumter team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership, providing exceptional guest services, and supporting our technicians while learning to preform Marine service. Duties Assist with the movement and organization of boats on the lot, including parking and retrieving boats for customers and staff. Support technicians by preparing boats for service, including cleaning, inspecting, and staging vehicles as needed. Assist technicians in service and rigging jobs. Preform landscaping maintenance as needed. Wash new boats and customer boats as needed. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot and showroom and shop, ensuring it is safe and visually appealing at all times. Handle basic cashiering duties such as cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing payments accurately while backing up parts counter if needed. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all guests. Skills Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Must be able to drive a tractor and tow a boat behind a truck. Valid driver's license. Must be able to do manual labor such as weed eating, mowing, climbing up into boats and some lifting. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms. Previous dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
