Mid Tenn Powersports in Lebanon, Tn is hiring Certified Marine Technicians who are ready to grow their careers and earn top dollar at a thriving, multi-line Powersports and Marine dealership located in close proximity to Tennessee's largest marine customer base surrounding Old Hickory Lake, Percy Priest Lake, Center Hill Lake, Tim's Ford Lake and Dale Hollow Lake. Mid Tenn Powersports is an OEM authorized dealership for the sales, parts and service of industry leading Marine brands including Bennington Pontoons, Scarab Jet Boats, Four Winns Boats, SeaDoo, Yamaha Waverunner, Yamaha Outboard Engines, Mercury Outboard Engines, Mercruiser Engines and Rotax Engines. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose. Repair. Rig. Deliver. Repeat. Your work keeps our customers on the water and our shop running at a high level. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on marine outboards and inboards Rig new and pre-owned units for customer delivery Install OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories Perform safety inspections and recommend services Conduct water testing when necessary Minimize comebacks by delivering clean, accurate work the first time Identify upsell opportunities and generate additional revenue through quality service
