Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities of Motorcycle Technician:

Diagnoses and repairs to specifications. Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers on an as-required basis. Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology. Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur. Maintains an organized neat, clean, and safe bay.

Qualifications:

Entry Level Technician:

(All applications will be considered for this position however we encourage all MMI graduates to apply) 1-2 years of motorcycle mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position. A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills are also required. Must have a Valid Driver's/MC License. Pre-employment drug test/background check will help assure we build a team of people who can best work with others and serve customer needs.

Senior Technician:

At least 2-3 years of strong motorcycle mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience Technical Certifications are preferred for this position. You'll also need a high level of motivation, energy and a customer-focused attitude. Must have a Valid Driver's/MC License. Pre-employment drug test/background check will help assure we build a team of people who can best work with others and serve customer needs. Lead/Master Technician 5+ years of motorcycle mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience . You will also need strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude to go along with a high level of motivation and energy. Certifications are preferred. Must have a Valid Driver's/MC License. Pre-employment drug test/background check will help assure we build a team of people who can best work with others and serve customer needs.

Physical Demands:

The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand on feet for lengthy periods of time, up to 8 consecutive hours Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push a 600+ lb. motorcycle. Get your career kick started today!
