Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive and motorcycle-specific tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections. Repair or replace engine components, transmission parts, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently. Assist customers by explaining repair needs clearly and providing expert advice on motorcycle care and maintenance. Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to complete heavy lifting tasks safely and support overall shop operations. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician background specializing in motorcycles or automotive repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and electronic troubleshooting methods. Experience in brake repair, suspension work, vehicle assembly, and general maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs.
