Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Motorcycle Mechanic and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and optimize motorcycles to ensure peak performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep riders on the road with confidence, while you enjoy a fast-paced environment full of opportunities to hone your skills and advance your career. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on motorcycles using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various motorcycle components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to execute repairs efficiently and safely. Repair and maintain diesel engines when applicable, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) data to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic problems. Conduct wheel alignments and vehicle maintenance procedures to optimize handling and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Skills Proven dealership experience or mechanic experience specializing in motorcycles or automotive repair. Strong mechanical knowledge of powertrain systems, automotive electrical systems, and vehicle maintenance protocols. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and schematics for accurate troubleshooting. Experience working with GM vehicles is a plus but not required; a broad understanding of various motorcycle brands is preferred. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service machinery safely and effectively. Knowledge of ADAS technology integration in modern motorcycles or vehicles enhances diagnostic capabilities.
