Motorcycle Service Technician Summary / Objective Established, high-volume powersports dealership is seeking an experienced Motorcycle Service Technician to join our growing service department. This position plays a critical role in delivering quality repairs, accurate diagnostics, and an excellent customer experience. This is a Tuesday through Saturday position in a fast-paced, professional shop environment that supports technicians with consistent work, strong leadership, and the tools needed to succeed. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on a wide range of powersports units and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Why This Is a Great Opportunity for a Technician Flat-rate pay with unlimited earning potential — no cap for top performers High-volume dealership providing steady workflow Clean, organized, and professional shop environment Leadership team that values technicians and supports their success Ongoing training and certification opportunities Positive shop culture focused on teamwork and accountability Opportunity for long-term career growth within the dealership Major Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides Perform thorough unit inspections and create accurate estimates on the first write-up Complete repairs in a timely manner according to flat-rate standards Review and complete all applicable service bulletins Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional work needed Maintain required certifications and stay current with manufacturer updates Properly clock in and out of jobs using Lightspeed Move units in and out of the shop daily as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all dealership and manufacturer repair procedures Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty at a high level. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability needed for this position. Previous experience as a motorcycle or powersports technician required Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Professional attitude and attention to detail Valid driver's license with Motorcycle (Class M) endorsement required If you are a technician who takes pride in quality work, works well in a team environment, and wants to be part of a dealership that values what you do, we would like to speak with you.
