We are looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. If you have experience diagnosing and repairing marine engines and boat systems, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair marine engines and boat systems Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and winterizations Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, steering, and cooling systems Install and service marine accessories and electronics Conduct inspections and identify repair recommendations Maintain accurate service records and work orders Ensure repairs are completed safely and efficiently Qualifications Previous marine mechanic experience preferred Experience with outboard and/or inboard engines Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Marine certifications are a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay: $30-$40 per hour Full-time, year-round employment Opportunities for training and advancement Positive team environment Work with a variety of boats and marine systems
