Job Description

Job Summary Blackball Powersports is looking to hire a Harley-Davidson Technician and a Metric Motorcycle Technician. We offer a fun, fast-paced work environment specializing in preventative maintenance, service and tires, providing consistent workflow and quick turnaround jobs. Our technicians are paid flat rate, offering greater earning potential than traditional hourly positions, and receive employee discounts on parts. We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn and grow. Duties Perform scheduled maintenance and pre-ride inspections on Harley-Davidson or Metric Motorcycles depending on your area of expertise. Perform light diagnostics to accurately identify common service concerns. Mount and balance tires, install accessories, and complete repairs efficiently to support quick turnaround times. Communicate effectively with the Service Writer regarding recommended repairs, parts needed, and repair progress. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while properly caring for shop tools and equipment. Help deliver fast, reliable service that keeps customers safely on the road and supports and efficient shop workflow. Requirements Graduate of Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) or previous motorcycle service technician experience required. Valid driver's license/motorcycle endorsement with a clean driving record. Must provide your own hand tools. Specialty tools are provided by the shop. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality workmanship. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

$29.00 - $40.00 per hour
