Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Motorcycle Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to motorcycle enthusiasts. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of motorcycle models, ensuring peak performance and safety. Your mechanical expertise will help riders get back on the road quickly and confidently, all while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values your skills and dedication. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using diagnostics tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on motorcycles. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections. Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to ensure optimal motorcycle performance. Assemble new motorcycles or parts accurately following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring a positive service experience through excellent customer service skills. Conduct heavy lifting of motorcycle parts and components safely to facilitate repairs or maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed service records, update work orders promptly, and ensure all repairs meet quality standards. Experience Proven dealership experience or service technician background working with motorcycles or similar vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair procedures. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake repair, suspension work, assembly, welding, soldering, and general automotive repair. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools essential for motorcycle servicing. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various repair processes. $24.80 - $30.00 per hour
