Pay Range:
$21.50

Can you move from diagnostics to a clean, correct repair—using meters, manuals, and troubleshooting guides—without skipping steps? Are you comfortable writing estimates, creating service orders, and keeping a schedule up to date? Do you like talking with customers in person, on the phone, and via email about what their machines need and why?   • 3• & 4-cylinder) and related components Your responsibilities Accurately diagnose issues and complete repairs that meet shop quality standards.
Follow OEM repair information and use testing equipment properly. Evaluate equipment for additional service needs and communicate recommendations. Create bids/estimates and present them clearly to customers. Open service orders, schedule repair appointments, and manage them in our software. Coordinate the workload with other technicians to balance the shop's capacity. Order parts and work directly with vendors to keep jobs moving. Assist teammates, take direction from supervisors, and support store operations as needed. Maintain shop tools, and keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals. What you'll need to succeed Prefer 2+ years' experience in: commercial cleaning/restoration equipment, small engines, pressure washers, or vehicle repair/maintenance (basic automotive experience is a plus). Valid driver's license; clean MVR—no DUIs or careless/reckless driving in the last 3 years. High school diploma or equivalent. Own a basic set of mechanic's tools. Mechanical aptitude, strong technical skills, and close attention to detail. Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting ability. Safety-first mindset with PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.). Ability to deliver quality work on time and lift 50+ lbs. regularly. Professional presence, strong written/verbal communication, and basic computer skills. Willing to work occasional overtime. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
