IMS is an aluminum boat manufacture located in Bremerton WA. We specialize in high-end custom aluminum boats which can be placed in heavy weathered applications. Both for recreational markets and small government municipalities. With the growth of the business, we need to find driven individuals to want to work in the exciting industry of boat building. They need to be capable of working with a team of people. We focus on high quality first in everything we do. Always looking to better our processes and results. We also are very customer-focused, and strive to offer the best support to them. This individual will install various vessel components through the vessel. You will need to be capable of using ladders on a daily basis and often lift various objects (windows, doors, equipment, etc..) over 30-40lbs. Must-Have Skills Experience with DC and AC systems. Must have some mechanical aptitude. Keep clean and organized working station Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and on teams. Skilled problem-solving and negotiation skills. Excellent decision-making skills with strong initiative. Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively (oral and written) as well as the ability to work well with others involved in diverse responsibilities. Strong ability to coordinate multiple projects. Job Requirements Must be able to plan out and build high-quality vessel systems. Communicate in a clear and concise manner with other team members to ensure proper installation of system and components. Operate any equipment as needed.
