Position:

Due to the increase in demand, NC Power Systems is searching for an ideal Marine technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing CAT equipment across multiple projects.

Essential Duties:

Removing, Repairing, Assembling and Installing CAT equipment Coordinating with Parts department to order the necessary parts Planning and organizing to assist controlling job costs

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

High School Diploma/GED Degree in Diesel technology or equivalent hands on experience is required Experience with CAT Engines (Marine or Generator) is preferred This role requires the ability to stand up at a minimum of eight hours a day (including twisting, bending, squatting, sitting, stooping, kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds) Must possess basic tool set Must maintain a valid driver's license We offer a competitive benefits package that includes salary from $30.70 to $41 per hour, health benefits, vacation, sick leave, life insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing and company match.
