  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Join our team as a Small Engine Mechanic and become a vital part of keeping outdoor power equipment, small engines, and related machinery running smoothly!
In this energetic role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of small engines including lawn mowers, snow blowers, farm equipment, and more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Diagnose issues on small engines and related equipment. Perform repairs on a variety of small engines, including carburetor work, ignition systems, and fuel systems Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups to ensure optimal performance Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to complete repairs efficiently Repair larger machinery such as trucks, feeding machines, and diesel engines when necessary Conduct heavy lifting of equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols Experience Proven experience or service technician background working with small engines or similar machinery Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, and diesel engine repair techniques Experience with vehicle maintenance, small engines such as mowers, welding, soldering, and heavy lifting tasks Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment involving the use of hand tools and power tools Prior mechanic experience is highly desirable Join us to leverage your mechanical skills in an energetic environment where your expertise makes a tangible difference!
