Tire Technician Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in vehicle maintenance. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tires for a variety of vehicles. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. Responsibilities Install, balance, and align tires on various types of vehicles. Perform tire repairs and replacements as needed. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to tire performance and vehicle handling. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering advice on tire care and vehicle maintenance. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Assist in sales efforts by promoting tire products and services to customers. Qualifications Proven experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive repairs. Familiarity with alignment processes and equipment. Experience in oil changes and general vehicle maintenance is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
