You'll perform tire services, support customers, and help keep operations running smoothly in a clean, safe, and professional environment. Duties & Responsibilities Mount, dismount, balance, rotate tires, and perform flat repairs with speed and accuracy Inspect tires and wheels to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer safety Replace and program Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) Use hand tools, power tools, and tire service equipment safely and efficiently Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety Assist customers by explaining services, recommending solutions, and selling tires or related services when appropriate Maintain accurate service records and clearly communicate vehicle status with team members Stock, organize, and manage tire inventory Keep the shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Safely lift and handle tires and equipment in a fast-paced work environment No other experience required.
