Store Manager / Service Manager About the Role As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping customer vehicles safe and road-ready. You'll perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, repairs, and inspections while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, efficient shop environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and is looking for opportunities to grow within a fast-paced automotive team. Key Responsibilities Perform basic vehicle maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and tire rotations Complete multi-point inspections and accurately document findings Check and top off essential fluids (coolant, brake fluid, transmission, power steering, washer fluid, etc.) Inspect belts, hoses, batteries, and overall vehicle condition Assist technicians with shop tasks as needed (tire mounting/balancing, general shop upkeep, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Provide clear communication to service writers and customers about vehicle needs Follow all safety procedures, shop standards, and Tire Pros operating guidelines Qualifications Previous automotive or lube tech experience preferred, but entry-level candidates welcome Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine maintenance Ability to lift 50-75 lbs., work on your feet, and handle tools/equipment safely Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We're Looking For Someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to grow A team player who communicates well and takes pride in their work A problem solver who can follow processes and deliver consistent results What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Weekly pay options Career advancement path into Tire Technician, Service Advisor, or ASE-certified roles Employee discounts on tires, services, and repairs Paid training & certifications Supportive, family-oriented shop culture Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30 pm Saturday 8:00-3:00 pm
