In this energetic role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and replacing tires, ensuring vehicles are road-ready and performing at their best. Your expertise will help drivers stay safe and confident on the road while supporting the overall efficiency of our service department. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in automotive repair and customer service within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures, and recommend appropriate solutions Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires using hand tools and power equipment to ensure optimal vehicle performance Conduct wheel alignments to improve handling, tire longevity, and safety standards Assist with oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, and other routine vehicle maintenance tasks as needed Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues related to tires or vehicle systems that impact tire performance Lift heavy tires and equipment safely during installation or removal to maintain workplace safety standards Experience Dealership experience or background working in an automotive repair shop is highly preferred Familiarity with tire service procedures including mounting, balancing, and tire repair techniques Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for repairs Service technician experience demonstrating service skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during maintenance tasks Knowledge of automotive systems such as brakes, and suspension is a plus Join us as a Tire Technician and accelerate your career in automotive service! Pay:
