Position Title:
Commercial Tire Technician Work Schedule:
Monday-Saturday 45 hrs./wk.Commercial Tire Tech Primary Responsibilities:
- Dismount & mount and balance passenger, light truck and heavy-duty truck tires.
- Repair passenger, light truck and heavy-duty truck tires.
- Stock shelves with tires and parts inventory as needed.
- Consult with clients to identify their specific commercial/passenger & light truck tire needs. Also all other service repair needs.
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on client requirements.
- Provide expert advice on tire selection, maintenance, service and repair needs to customer.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in commercial, passenger & light truck tires.
- Receive inventory and have a one-on-one relationship with multiple tire and part vendors.
- Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
- Educate clients about the company's products, services and offers.
- Serve as a customer relationship partner.
- Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization.
