Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our fast-paced service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tire services, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repairs. Your expertise will help ensure our customers' safety and satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of our shop. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles with precision and care Perform wheel alignments and balancing to optimize vehicle performance Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and basic inspections Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire service tasks Diagnose automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge Assist customers by explaining services, recommending solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service Lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures while adhering to safety protocols Skills Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred Proven mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes and alignments Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Service technician experience or related automotive service background is highly valued Join our team to be part of a vibrant workplace where your skills make a real difference!
