Responsibilities Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with precision and efficiency using hand tools and power tools. experience using tire mounting machine and equipment to remove tire from wheel. Perform wheel to optimize vehicle handling tire longevity. , Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such tire wheel inspections. using automotive diagnostics tools. Assist customers by explaining service recommendations and answering questions about tire options and vehicle maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires and wheels safely during service procedures. Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tire service or mechanical repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostics equipment. Experience in automotive service including and general vehicle tire maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely while maintaining proper ergonomics. Familiarity with dealership standards for quality workmanship and safety procedures.
