Tire Technician

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with tire-related inquiries and concerns
• Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
• Conduct tire inspections to identify any damage or wear
• Ensure proper inflation and alignment of tires
• Maintain accurate records of tire services performed
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of tires
• Collaborate with sales team to promote tire sales and upsell additional services

Experience:

• Previous experience as a tire technician or in a similar automotive service role is preferred
• Knowledge of tire brands, sizes, and specifications
• Familiarity with tire installation and repair equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
