Tire Technician Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tire services, including installation, maintenance, and diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care. Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires and other vehicle components. Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering recommendations based on vehicle needs. Assist in sales of tires and related products, ensuring customers are informed about their options. Conduct oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks as needed. Align vehicles to manufacturer specifications to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Experience in tire service or automotive repair is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform heavy lifting as required. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Previous experience as a service technician or mechanic is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
