Giant Tire Service is seeking experienced, safety-focused Commercial / OTR Tire Service Technicians to join our growing team. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + commission opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) Company-provided truck and tools Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Perform OTR, commercial, agricultural, and industrial tire service, including mounting, dismounting, repairing, and inspections Conduct scheduled fleet and equipment inspections Safely operate company vehicles and service equipment Ensure service trucks are properly stocked and ready before dispatch Follow all TIA, OSHA, MSHA, and company safety procedures Use proper tools, approved repair methods, and required PPE at all times Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding job status or field issues Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Florida Commercial Driver's License with a good driving record High School Diploma or GED Strong communication and customer service skills Minimum 2 years of commercial tire experience preferred , including: Medium truck Agricultural Industrial OTR / Earthmover tires Ability to work safely in field and shop environments Schedule & Work Environment Typical schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (OTR and emergency calls as needed) Full-time, in-person position Independent shop environment Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
