Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Technician, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle safety! In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle maintenance, specializing in tire services, wheel alignments, and other essential automotive repairs. Your mechanical skills and passion for automotive diagnostics will ensure every vehicle leaves our shop in top condition. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your mechanic experience while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Whether you're performing tire replacements or assisting with vehicle maintenance, your contributions will keep our customers safely on the road and coming back for exceptional service. Duties Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Perform wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs Diagnose automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge to identify necessary repairs Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and recommended services to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including tool management and safety compliance Support additional automotive service tasks such as suspension checks, rotation services, and general vehicle inspections Experience Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive diagnostics Hands-on experience with tire service, wheel alignment, oil changes, and vehicle maintenance procedures Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment in a fast-paced environment Service technician experience that demonstrates excellent customer service skills and attention to detail Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining efficiency during busy periods Knowledge of sales techniques related to recommending maintenance services and tire products is a plus
