Experience preferred but not required, working with new and used tires, provides excellent customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment. This role includes tire installation, repairs, maintenance, and ensuring every customer receives safe, high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate new and used tires on cars, SUVs, and light trucks. Perform accurate tire inspections to identify tread wear, damage, and safety concerns. Complete tire repairs (patching, plugging, sealing) following industry safety standards. Install, program, and troubleshoot TPMS sensors when needed. Perform basic vehicle safety checks, including air pressure and lug torque verification. Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining findings and answering questions. Maintain shop organization and cleanliness, including tools, equipment, and tire inventory. Follow all safety procedures and use equipment responsibly. Work as part of a team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. ⸻ Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently. Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to quality work. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. Prior tire or automotive experience preferred but not required
