This is a hands-on, in-shop role for someone who understands truck suspension systems and can work with minimal supervision. Alignment experience is not required — we will train the right person — but strong, real-world experience with heavy-duty truck suspension is mandatory .

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair suspension issues on medium- and heavy-duty trucks Perform work on kingpins, bushings, tie rods, shocks, and other front-end components Handle alignment jobs (training provided) Inspect vehicles and identify wear, damage, and needed repairs Keep work consistent, efficient, and up to shop standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience working on heavy-duty truck suspension systems (required) Strong mechanical ability and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and stay productive Reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in quality work

Requirements:

Experience with diesel or heavy-duty trucks Valid driver's license
