Alignment Technician

Canaan Tires is looking for a skilled Alignment Technician to join our team in West Palm Beach. We pride ourselves on precision and efficiency. While your primary focus will be master-level wheel alignments, we are a tight-knit shop where everyone pitches in. When the alignment rack is clear, you'll stay productive by handling tire services, oil changes, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precision wheel alignments on a wide variety of passenger vehicles and light trucks. Diagnose suspension and steering issues, providing clear recommendations for repairs. Operate and maintain high-end alignment equipment. Perform general service tasks including tire mounting/balancing and oil changes. Assist in shop organization and cleanup to ensure a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

Current Alignment Certification (ASE A4 or equivalent accredited certification).

Preferred:

Experience operating the Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment system. Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail. Proven trackable experience in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
