In this energized role, you'll perform tire services, vehicle maintenance, and basic repairs with precision and enthusiasm. Your mechanical skills and customer service mindset will help ensure every customer leaves satisfied and confident in their vehicle's performance. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Conduct wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs Diagnose tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify mechanical problems beyond tires when necessary Assist customers with questions about tire options, maintenance plans, and vehicle care to enhance their experience Lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, wheel alignment, tire service, and basic vehicle maintenance Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic understanding of automotive service procedures including oil changes and general maintenance tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to learn dealership-specific systems and processes Minimum of several years of tire installation experience. Must be able to safely and efficiently install: Passenger and Light Truck tires Commercial Truck Tires (19.5" and 22.5") Experience with tire machines, balancing equipment, TPMS service Join us as a Tire Technician where your skills drive success!
