Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire Installer to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires on a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our service department. Responsibilities Remove and replace tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and safety standards. Perform wheel alignments, balancing, and tire rotations to optimize vehicle performance. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional maintenance needs such as oil changes or brake checks. Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to troubleshoot tire-related issues or other mechanical concerns. Assist customers with selecting the appropriate tires and provide excellent customer service throughout the process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Support vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, and general mechanical repairs as needed. Experience Dealership experience or prior work in an automotive repair shop is highly preferred. Proven mechanic experience with hands-on automotive repair and diagnostics skills. Familiarity with automotive service procedures such as tire service, alignment, oil changes, and vehicle maintenance. Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Service technician experience that demonstrates strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during installation or removal processes. Prior sales experience related to automotive parts or services is a plus but not required.
