Job Description

Job Type:
Full-time Job Responsibilities:
Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care. Conduct wheel balancing to ensure smooth and vibration-free rides for our customers. Perform tire alignments using state-of-the-art equipment to enhance vehicle safety and handling. Inspect and assess tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation, advising customers on maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the safe storage of tires and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while working with automotive tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in tire installation, repair, wheel balancing, and alignment is preferred. Knowledge of various tire types, sizes, and brands. Ability to use tire and alignment equipment effectively and safely. Strong attention to detail and quality of work. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Customer-focused with good communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A valid driver's license is required. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 20 years of age; background check, valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
